Criteria block

Field	Description
Item	The item name.
Lot	The identification number or batch code of the item.
Serial number	The item serial number.
Site	The site name.

Indicator bar

Field	Description
On hand	The total quantity of the item in stock.

Results block

Field	Description
Customer	The customer name. Displayed only if the transaction is a sales shipment, a sales return, or a sales return receipt.
Date	The transaction date.
Document	The transaction document code.
Document type	The type of transaction document.
Quantity	The item quantity.
Supplier	The supplier name. Displayed only if the transaction is a purchase return or a purchase receipt.
