Authorization group list
| Field | Description |

| Created by | This field displays the name of the person who created the authorization group along with the creation date and time. |
| Name |
This field displays the authorization group's name. |
| Updated by | This field displays the name of the last person who made changes to the authorization group along with the update date and time. |
General tab
Group information block

| ID |
Enter the authorization group's identification. |
| Name | Enter the authorization group's name. |
User roles block
| Field | Description |

| Description | This field displays the role's description. |
| ID |
This field displays the role's identification. |
| Name | This field displays the role's name. |
| Select |
Enter or select the roles for this authorization group. You can also remove a role by selecting the x button on the role's pill. |
| Select all roles | Select this checkbox to assign all the existing roles to the authorization group. |
Site groups block

| ID |
This field displays the site group's identification. |
| Name | This field displays the site group's name. |
| Select |
Enter or select the site groups for this authorization group. You can also remove a site group by selecting the x button on the site group's pill. |
| Select all site groups | Select this checkbox to attribute all the existing site groups to the authorization group. |
Roles and activities tab

| Description | This field displays the role's description. |
| ID | This field displays the role's identification. |
| Name |
This field displays the role's name. Select the link to display the different activities assigned to the role. Go to the Roles page to edit these settings. |
Users tab

| Active |
This field indicates if the user is active or not. Go to the Users page to activate or deactivate a user. |
| Created by | This field displays the name of the person who created the user along with the creation date and time. |
| User name |
This field displays the user's name. Go to the Users page to assign authorization groups to users. |
| Updated by | This field displays the name of the last person who made changes to the user along with the update date and time. |
