Field descriptions: Sage Intacct Mapping

The main list displays all objects mapped between the solutions. Select a line to view details for that object.

General tab

Field	Description
Node factory	The Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations data node for this object.
Sage Intacct object	The Sage Intacct ID for the object.
Sage Intacct transactions	The Sage Intacct transaction this object belongs to.
Smart event	Indicates if Smart event is active for this object. You can change the setting.
Include private	Switch ON to include all accounts in a multi-entity general accounting (MEGA) structure.
Synchronization way	How objects are shared: Both Inbound Outbound

This grid displays the fields for the selected object and its properties.

If you reset the list to the delivered settings. Any changes are lost and you need to redo them.

Field	Description
Custom	Indicates if this is a custom field in Sage Intacct.
Data type	The type of data in the field in Sage Intacct. For example: Integer, text, date, currency, decimal, and so on.
Default property	Displays the standard value if the field was renamed.
Description	The field description in Sage Intacct.
Editable	Only fields with this column selected can be modified.
ID	The field ID in Sage Intacct.
Label	The field label in Sage Intacct.
Read only	Indicates if this field is read-only in Sage Intacct.
Required	Indicates if this field is mandatory in Sage Intacct.
Sage DMO property	The property name in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.

Sage DMOproperty	The property name in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.
Custom	Indicates if this is a custom field in Sage Intacct.
Data type	The type of data in the field in Sage Intacct. For example: Integer, text, date, currency, decimal, and so on.
Description	The field description in Sage Intacct.
Editable	Only fields with this column selected can be modified.
ID	The field ID in Sage Intacct.
Label	The field label in Sage Intacct.
Required	Indicates if this field is required in Sage Intacct.
Default property	Displays the standard value if the field was renamed.
Read only	Indicates if this field is read-only in Sage Intacct.

Collection name	The collection name in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.
Header property	The header property in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.
Line property	The line property in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.
Name	The field name in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.
Object	The object name in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.

Sage Intacct property name	The property name in Sage Intacct.
Type	The type of property in Sage Intacct.

Field	Description
Sage Intacctdescription	The description of the tax detail that displays in the transaction subtotal.
Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations description	The Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations description.
Sage Intacct detail ID	The unique ID of the tax detail. It allows the identification of the record with its ID in Sage Intacct.
Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations detail ID	The unique ID of the tax detail in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.
Sage Intacct name	The field name for Sage Intacct.
Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations name	The Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations name.
Create	Indicates when the record is created. Each time that you synchronize a new Sage Intacct record, a record will create for the header, and a record for the line in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.
Linked	If this checkbox is selected it means the property in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations is linked to a property in Sage Intacct.
Update	Indicates when the record is updated. The possible modifications are restricted in Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations when a record comes from Sage Intacct.
URL	The URL for the financial solution.
