This page describes the fields for the Allergen page.

Field	Description
Active	The switch to turn an allergen on or off.
ID	The code that describes the allergen.
Name	The description, or name of the substance that can cause an allergic reaction.
Pictogram	A symbol that communicates the allergen visually. Pictograms are also known as images or icons.
